A 1960s handmade novelty intarsia knit a-line skirt. This skirt design has a 6-panel construction to create a flowy A-line silhouette, with pink piping accents. The skirt is comprised of a wool knit intarsia that features a kitschy numbered pattern in reds and pinks on a white ground. The knit fabric also has self-backing to prevent irritation from wool fibers. The skirt is a pull-on without closures, and can be worn low waisted or high waisted, depending on desired look and fit.
