Leaving 621 main st after 7 years is such a mix of emotions! I opened this store when I was 28 and I’ll be 35 soon. Personal development journey on 1000%. I operated through a global pandemic. I operated through non-efficient heating and cooling systems for years. I learned how to not escalate a situation, bc boy did I escalate some situations. The videos I could share. There’s a million security camera footage videos on my camera roll of me yelling at men being weird. On the contrary, I have met some of the coolest, most genuine people Idk if I would have never met otherwise. So many people pop in to check in on me and say hello. I have so many neighborhood friends and I love everyone dearly. I love that this lil space could serve as a link up space for neighbors and friends. Opening these doors opened a new world of costuming, seamstress and stylist gigs for me. Idk what else to say. I’m grateful for this space it showed me who I am, who I can be, and what I deserve. It also showed me the extreme good in people. And the worst. This place did good. It served it’s purpose and I am ready to move on 🥲😊❤️ love you all thank you for accepting me and Down to Mars 💘 can’t wait to see you at 201 E Eighth Street soon 📍I’m crying

It’s been a little while since I updated on the progress at the new shop remodel. Since the last update, we have made a ton of progress!
✅ framing for fitting rooms and storage
✅ drywall and mudding
✅ sanding and painting a fresh base coat
✅ installed new flooring
✅ started to trim out and add baseboards

It already looks so much cleaner and brighter with new flooring! I can’t wait to start moving in. Thank you for following along and expressing your excitement and encouragement. I feel like I have put much of the rest of my life on hold to execute this plan. So seeing my people express support and excitement, adds fuel to my fire.❤️‍🔥
