I honestly can not believe it has been 6 years at this location. Time flies when you are having fun yet, also when the world has felt like pure survival mode since 2020. Thank you for riding along this journey with me! 💕 I haven’t been bored a day since I opened this place. I honestly feel like a completely different person than when I first opened the store, and nothing has fast tracked my growth more than owning a store front. Everyday is an opportunity and a mystery and I wouldn’t want it any other way. Excited to see what this next year has in store! 💘

I apologize I have been sorta MIA on here so far this year! I was inducted into the local union for wardrobe late last year, and ever since I’ve been picking up more gig work. As you might know, a lot of small businesses have had a tough year and winter, so I have been taking more paid work as of late to offset the slow winter months. 🥶 I have still been adding new arrivals to the shop as much as possible and have been working to keep my website updated!

I will start to incorporate more spring items into the boutique over the next couple weeks. Looking forward to warmer days ahead 🌞❤️‍🔥🌿

If you watch my stories, you might remember I was working on cropping this workwear uniform jacket a while ago. It got pushed to the back burner, but is now finished and up for grabs in the shop!

This was a fun, non-serious upcycle for me. It’s so easy to get caught up in business operations and not prioritize creative projects! Hoping to fit more of these in my schedule soon. Thank you for shopping small ❤️

Details:
Vintage KAP workwear jacket size XL

I cut the waistband off to save for later, cropped the jacket length, serged the unfinished edges, put the waistband back on and replaced the zipper (which was an accident bc I could have salvaged the old zipper and shortened it, but oops I cut it)
